The gorgeous Ex On The Beach star, 23, was hours away from death with an appendicitis which left her writhing in excruciating pain.
But it looks like the pretty star is in much higher spirits since her operation – and is finally smiling again.
The reality queen was spotted in an eye-catching patterned bathing costume as she caught the sun in Mykonos, Greece, showing off her slender pins and enviable figure.
The star let her hair hang loose down her back as she frolicked and played in the water, wearing warm make-up tones that emphasised her striking features.
And, not one to shy away from flaunting her jaw-dropping body, Chloe revealed her peachy derrière to passers by as she played around in the water.
The Celebrity Big Brother star was rushed into hospital weeks ago, after experiencing intense stomach pains.
And Lauryn Goodman’s sister later has revealed to that she was just HOURS from death – despite originally being told it was just “bad period cramps”.
She said: “I woke up on Saturday morning feeling fine but within half an hour I was screaming in pain.
“While on the phone to her I passed out and she immediately called an ambulance.”
The next thing Chloe knew she was being treated by paramedics as they got her ready to go into hospital.
“By the time I got to A&E the pain was still so bad I wanted to die,” the former Celebrity Big Brother contestant said.
However when Chloe reached the surgical ward she was the victim of a 36 hour series of blunders which she believes could have resulted in her losing her life.
“I went to surgical assessment and they told me they weren’t going to do the operation as they thought it might have been some ruptured cysts on my ovaries,” the brunette beauty said.
“I was arguing with them as I knew it wasn’t my womb or ovaries, but they said they wouldn’t take my word and were just going to do an ultrasound in the morning.”
During the ultrasound Chloe was told again that she had fluid and a ruptured cyst, but declared she knew her “own body and I knew they were wrong”.
And after persisting and demanding, she soon had it confirmed that it was an appendicitis. She added: “I now know if I’d gone home I could’ve died.”
