Little Mix make the ultimate fail with their Instagram promotional post as they share rival company logo

Little Mix - Instagram fail

Little Mix’s social media team will be kicking themselves when they spot an epic fail on their Instagram account.

The Shout Out To My Ex hitmakers shared a photograph of them all dolled up on their official page in front of a backdrop while promoting Superdrug today.

It shows them all in black looking as fierce as ever, along with the caption: “Tag @superdrugloves and tag your bestie telling us why they deserve to have their wishes come true to WIN! #LMWishmaker www.superdrug.com/page/instagramtandcs.”

Unfortunately, the backdrop the band are standing in front of features huge logos for Superdrug’s main rival Boots – which might not go down well with the organisers of the promotion. WHOOPS!

Nevertheless, fans got involved and tagged their friends underneath the pic of the girls, with one writing: “@mihaelalala7 because she’s the best thing in my life and i love her too much.

“She deserves this more than anyone else does. She has dreamed of this her entire life and i hope someday, maybe,it will come true. And i want to make that wish happen. (sic)”

The band are on a high at the moment with their new single at number one and their album Glory Days set to be released in coming weeks.

The girl group – which includes Jesy Nelson, Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock – also enjoyed opening up with their new book Our World, despite it being “really emotional” to relive some parts of their past.

Jesy recently said: “It’s weird when you have to relive certain things. It can be really emotional to go back to a time which wasn’t very nice for you.”

But the band hope their book will give support to their fans who are dealing with similar issues.

Jesy told Maximum Pop: “We just love the fact that our fans relate to us so much and that young girls will read this who are going through the same thing.”
