Rochelle Humes is pregnant again with her and husband Marvin Humes’ second baby, it’s been confirmed today.
The Saturdays singer, 27, is expecting again three and a half years after the birth of their daughter, Alaia-Mai.
Marvin, 31, confirmed the happy news on his Instagram and Twitter accounts, sharing these gorgeous images of Rochelle’s baby bump.
“Absolutely delighted to announce that Rochelle and I are extending our family! We’re over the moon! Baby Humes no2 is on the way!!” he wrote underneath it.
The happy couple have kept their news private until now, but it’s expected Rochelle will show off her bump at the Children in Need show – which she’ll be hosting – tomorrow night.
Rochelle also confirmed the news on her Instagram, posting the same black-and-white shot and captioning it: “Ten tiny fingers, ten tiny toes, but who are you? Nobody knows…”
The singer has been keeping her burgeoning bump covered up in recent weeks, making sure every shot of her has her stomach disguised.
She shared this selfie that only showed her from the waist down just two weeks ago.
She also made sure she was well-angled away from the camera in this behind-the-scenes snap taken last week.
A source told The Sun: “Rochelle and Marvin are both over the moon.
“They can’t wait to welcome another member to their family.”
In an interview with Fabulous magazine last week, Rochelle confessed her daughter has been begging for a little brother or sister.
“I’m feeling it from Alaia, for sure! She’s already quizzing me and saying that her friends all have brothers or sisters,” she laughed.
“At the minute I feel so blessed and happy with the way everything is that I’d never put pressure on that, but definitely in the future.”
She and Marvin have been dating since March 2010, when he was still part of boyband JLS.
After a whirlwind romance, they moved in together just three months later and then got married at Blenheim Palace in 2012.
Little daughter Alaia-Mai came along in May 2013 after a tricky pregnancy.
Just last year, Marvin spoke about his need to have another baby.
“I want another one, I really do. If I had my way, we’d have one every year,” he confessed.
“But obviously it’s not just up to me and Rochelle’s taking a bit of persuading. I tell her she will have it easier with the second pregnancy but so far she’s not buying it.”
